Eligibility

Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each post, including age limits and educational qualifications, as of September 01, 2026. The maximum age for applicants is 30 years, with age relaxation applicable as per MECL regulations.

Post-wise Educational Qualification:

• Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling): ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery), Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, or Fitter trade, OR a Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Drilling Engineering.
• Technician (Survey): ITI Certificate in Survey trade OR a Diploma in Survey Engineering.
• Accountant: Graduate with Intermediate CA/ICWA. Basic Computer Knowledge and SAP-FICO are desirable.
• Technician (Sampling): B.Sc Degree.
• Technician (Laboratory): B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Geology.
• Assistant (Materials): Graduate with Mathematics OR a B.Com. Degree. Basic Computer Knowledge and SAP-MM are desirable.
• Assistant (Accounts): B.Com. Degree. Basic Computer Knowledge and SAP-FICO are desirable.
• Stenographer (English): Graduate in any stream with a Shorthand Certificate (80 wpm in English). Basic Computer Knowledge is desirable.
• Assistant (Hindi): Graduate with Hindi and English as subjects, OR a Degree in English with an equivalent examination in Advanced Hindi. Basic Computer Knowledge with Hindi is desirable.
• Electrician: ITI in Electrical trade OR a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, along with a valid Wireman Certificate.
• Machinist: ITI Certificate in Turner, Machinist, Grinder, or Miller trade, OR a Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, or Tool & Die Engineering.
• Technician (Drilling): ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery), Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, or Fitter trade, OR a Diploma in Drilling or Mechanical Engineering, plus a valid HMV License.
• Mechanic: ITI Certificate in Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, or Fitter trade, OR a Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering, plus a valid HMV License.
• Junior Driver: 10th Class pass with both a valid LMV and HMV License.
• Assistant (IT): BCA, BCS, BCCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications, or Bachelor of Information System & Management (BISM); OR Graduation in any stream with a minimum 01-year Diploma/PG Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Applications.
• Assistant (HR): BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BBM, or BSW Degree. Basic Computer Knowledge and SAP-HCM are desirable.

For roles requiring degrees, these must be from UGC and AICTE approved courses where applicable, and recognized by relevant authorities. Open and Distance Learning (ODL) degrees are also permissible.
