SSC Mentor AI ("we", "us", "our") operates ssc-ai-mentor.lovable.app and provides AI-powered SSC CGL exam preparation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website.

• Account data: email, name, and identifiers from Google sign-in (if used).
• Profile & onboarding: target exam, gender, previous attempts, and study preferences.
• Learning activity: quiz attempts, mock test results, chat history with AI mentor and study partners.
• Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, referring URL, and usage logs.
• Cookies & local storage: essential cookies for sign-in and preferences, plus analytics and advertising cookies (see sections 4 and 5).

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymous aggregate data may be retained for analytics.

Our service is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data is stored on secure managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to incidents.
