Eligibility
To be eligible for the UGC NET June 2026 Examination, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Possess a Master's degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks, or be appearing for their Master's degree. Candidates with a 4-year Bachelor's degree are also eligible.
- Age Limit (as of NTA rules):
- For JRF: Maximum age of 31 years.
- For NET (Assistant Professor): No age limit.
- Additional age relaxation is applicable as per UGC NET June 2026 Examination Guidelines.
