Eligibility
Candidates applying for these positions must meet specific age and educational qualifications as on January 01, 2027. The minimum age for applicants is 18 years, and the maximum age is 40 years, with age relaxation applicable as per RRB regulations for certain categories. Post-wise age limits and educational criteria are detailed below:
- Nursing Superintendent: Candidates must be a Registered Nurse and Midwife with a 3-year course in General Nursing and Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution, or hold a B.Sc Nursing degree. (Age Limit: 20-40 Years)
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Allopathic) or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized university/institute, with registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, is required. (Age Limit: 20-35 Years)
- Radiographer (X-Ray Technician): Applicants should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and possess a 2-year Diploma in Radiography, X-Ray Technician, or Radiodiagnosis Technology. Science graduates with such a diploma will be preferred. (Age Limit: 19-33 Years)
- Health & Malaria Inspector Grade-II: A B.Sc. degree with Chemistry as a main or optional subject is necessary, along with either a 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector or a 1-year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector. (Age Limit: 18-33 Years)
- Audiologist & Speech Therapist: A Bachelor in Audiology, Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) from a recognized university, registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), is essential. (Age Limit: 21-30 Years)
- Lab Assistant Grade-II: Candidates must have passed 12th (10+2) in Science and hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or an equivalent certificate course of at least 1-year duration. A B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology after 10+2 Science is also acceptable. (Age Limit: 18-33 Years)
- Dialysis Technician: A B.Sc. degree combined with either a Diploma in Haemodialysis or two years of satisfactory in-house training/experience in Haemodialysis work at a reputable institution. B.Sc. in Dialysis Techniques/Technology are also recognized qualifications. (Age Limit: 20-33 Years)
- Optometrist: Required qualifications include a B.Sc. in Optometry or a Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician (3 to 4 years duration), with registration with the relevant council/licensing body. (Age Limit: 18-33 Years)
- ECG Technician: Candidates need to have passed 10+2 or hold a Graduation in Science, along with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree (at least 1 year duration) in ECG Laboratory Technology, Cardiology, Cardiology Technician, or Cardiology Techniques. (Age Limit: 18-33 Years)
