Eligibility
Candidates applying for the Stenographer Grade C & D posts had to meet the following eligibility criteria as of 01 August 2026:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board in India.
Transcription Skills:
- Stenographer Grade C: Required transcription time of 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi.
- Stenographer Grade D: Required transcription time of 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age (Grade-D): 27 Years
- Maximum Age (Grade-C): 30 Years Age relaxation was applicable as per SSC regulations.
